Individual Therapy
Are you a registered NDIS provider?
Yes. I am a registered NDIS provider (No. 4050007380) for Behaviour Support and Therapeutic Services and can provide these services to individuals with Self-Managed, Plan- Managed or Agency-Managed plans.
Do you provide home visits?
If you live in the North Brisbane area then it may be possible to provide a service in your home or other location. View our location map to see if you live in a suburb where we can provide a home visiting service.
We cannot provide home visiting services outside of the North Brisbane Area.
If you live outside of the North Brisbane area then we may be able to offer an office based appointment at The Connection Zone, 4/67 Dunsford Street Zillmere Q 4034.
How much do your services cost?
If you have a referral from your GP (a “GP Mental Health Care Plan”) under the Medicare “Better Access Scheme” then you will be eligible for a rebate (please check with Medicare to determine the exact rebate you will receive). Home visiting service rates are $240/hr (inclusive of travel in the North Brisbane Area) or $210/hr for office based consultations.
If you have Private Health Insurance you will need to confirm the actual rebate with your provider. Home visiting service rates are $240/hr (inclusive of travel in the North Brisbane Area) or $210/hr for office based consultations.
Couples & Group Therapy
Do I need a referral?
A referral isn’t necessary if you have Private Health Insurance or if you receive support through the NDIS. You or your service provider can contact us directly to discuss your needs.
A referral (from your GP or Specialist) is necessary if you wish to claim a rebate through Medicare under the Better Access to Mental Health Services, Veterans services or other schemes.
Do you work with children?
No. I do not work with children. I provide services to young people aged 16 years and older and adults.
Do you Bulk Bill?
We are unable to Bulk Bill.
